Steve Ostrander
After graduating college in 1975 with
a degree in construction carpentry, Steve designed and built
custom homes in Wayne and Pike counties Pennsylvania and in
Sullivan County, NY. Along with the design of custom built homes
and additions, Steve has extensive knowledge with trade professionals
that are required to design a home from top to bottom. The vast
knowledge of being a self employed building contractor gives
him the knowledge and expertise to design your home or addition
in a manner that would be cost efficient and work materials.
Steve is a member of the Wayne County Builders Association and
the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce.
Dan Ostrander
Dan grew up in a family construction
business and worked during the summer break until his senior
year. In his senior year, Wayne Highlands School District
offered an apprentice program for their students. Dan worked
in his father's construction business, continuing to enhance
his education in the building trades. After graduating in
2005, Dan has worked full time doing design and construction.
Working in the construction field with all of the building
trades professionals has aspired Dan's dream into the drafting
field. Dan is a member of the Wayne County Builders Association
and the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce.
